     I can tell you from experience that Mike Joos really knows the equipment that he sold us. He and his staff did an excellent job of holding my hand through the entire implementation. In addition, along the way they let me know of new technologies and new hardware that I was able to add. For instance we have added the headwear, the wireless stuff, so that we can get our calls up to 200 feet away from our desks.  I would never have known had Mike not suggested it after seeing our building and layout. David Davis Communications did a bang up job. We thoroughly appreciate all the extra efforts that you put into the installation. We are very happy.
